Review:

Capote

Country: USA
Year: 2005
Genres: Drama, Murder, Law, Comedy

All-star Performance [5*****]

Philip Seymour Hoffman. A name that I will now know among actors, beacuse of this film. Here, he plays an extremely complex and emotional character - flawlessly. And to do a character with distinct-voice acting, before putting on the role and mood of each scene, is magnifiscent.

Comedy [4****]

A number of decent actors that do their job. Though, some of the situations get a little childish... but isn't that kind of the point when you're in the desert for months without anything to do? Still, the characters are believable and developed, for the main roles. Most of the lesser roles are forgetable.

Professional [4****]

Hollywood doing it's job. Very few cinematic flaws and well made overall.

Overall [4****]

Worth watching for the comedy and acting, and worth appreciating for the story and drama.
